My name is Cait and I am a Healing Arts Therapist, spending fifteen +years as a mirror and space holder for those that have been holding it all together.
With a degree in the humanities and the integration of our bodies innate wisdom, we create the deepest levels of safety within yourself.

Bergamot Queen is intentionally designed as a six-month, live container so the work has time to truly settle. Rather than rushing from insight to insight, you’ll have the space to integrate what you’re learning into your body and your daily life.
Through guided exploration, Breathwork, a deeper connection to your body and shared reflection with other women walking a similar path, the patterns that once kept you bracing begin to soften.
Over time, your nervous system recognizes a new baseline one where calm, clarity, and self-trust become something you live from, not something you’re constantly trying to find.
