My name is Cait 👋🏻

I spent over a decade immersed in the frontlines before choosing to leave the "conventional" path to reclaim my time and my soul. Now, I’m a Healing Arts Therapist on a mission to bridge the gap between mind/body integration and exponential possibility.

My work is rooted in "softening into power." I believe in leading from the heart, practicing radical gratitude for the present, and holding space for the infinite possibilities of the future.

This here is a starting place, a seasonal, Winter lesson of truly learning to slow down, a practice that has allowed for the deepest alignment and connection.

I was taught to be hard too. I was angry too. But It was when I learned the tools, when I took radical accountability for myself and how I was feeling on the inside, things began to change. I started taking a different route. Recognizing that softness isn’t weakness..
