Purpose-Built Spaces, Lasting Impact for the rest of your life. At its core, this work is about deep commitment, energy, and transformation. Because of the nature of digital offerings and the personalized care required for live sessions, all sales are final.
❋ Digital ShopDue to the instant, downloadable nature of our shop items, all purchases are final sale. Refunds or exchanges are not available once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
❋ Programs &Live WorkEnrollment in all programs and individual work represents a dedicated space reserved specifically for you. These purchases are non-refundable and final sale.
❋ TransfersIf you are unable to participate in a program or complete your individual work, your spot or registration may be transferred to another person. Please notify us prior to the start date to process the transfer.
❋ Individual Rescheduling Individual sessions require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection, an updated device, and compatible software to access downloads or attend live digital sessions. We are not responsible for access issues due to personal technical limitations or service outages on your end.
